The UAS operator registration number is the number an operator receives after registering on the e.caa.gov.lv portal. It identifies the person or company responsible for the drones, not a specific device — one number covers all the operator's drones.
The number must be displayed on every drone the operator flies — as a sticker or an engraving — and also uploaded into the drone's remote identification system. This lets the authorities establish who owns the drone both visually and remotely.
