Terms of use

1. Nature of the service

dronelingo.eu is an independent prep tool for the EASA A1/A3 drone exam. We are not an official CAA Latvia course and cannot issue the exam certificate — only e.caa.gov.lv can.

2. Pricing and access

The Air Safety topic is free. Full access to all other topics, practice drills and mock exams costs €120 as a one-time payment — no subscription, no renewal, no expiry. Payment is currently made by bank transfer against an emailed invoice; access is activated once the payment is received (normally within one business day). Access is tied to the email address used at checkout and can be restored at /restore.

14-day money-back guarantee. If dronelingo is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment, as long as you have completed less than half of the paid content. Write to admin@dronelingo.eu from your purchase email; the refund is returned to the account you paid from.

3. User responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • any UAS flight informed by our material is your own responsibility under Latvian and EU regulation;
  • you are responsible for complying with UGZ, insurance and registration requirements;
  • our material does not replace the official CAA Latvia course.

4. Content

Our content is based on EASA and CAA Latvia sources as of 2026-05-08. We do our best to keep it current, but rules can change. For important decisions, check it against the source — eur-lex.europa.eu and droni.caa.gov.lv.

5. Limitation of liability

dronelingo.eu does not guarantee that every detail is current at every moment. We are not liable for damages arising from relying on our content over the official source.
